1. DEFINITIONSBootcamp refers to SOL AI Bootcamp programs, events, workshops, educational sessions, networking activities, and related services.

Participant refers to any individual registering for, attending, or participating in the Bootcamp.
Services refers to all services provided by the Company in connection with the Bootcamp.
2. ELIGIBILITYParticipants must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
By registering, you confirm that:
• All information provided is accurate and complete
• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Your participation does not violate any laws applicable to you
The Company reserves the right to refuse participation at its sole discretion.
3. REGISTRATION AND TICKETS3.1 RegistrationTo participate in the Bootcamp, you may be required to submit an application form or purchase a ticket.
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. The Company reserves the right to select participants based on its own criteria.
3.2 Ticket PurchaseIf tickets are offered, full payment must be made at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Ticket availability is limited and may be offered in tiers, including discounted Early Bird rates.
3.3 Transfer of TicketsTickets may not be resold. Transfer requests may be considered at the Company’s discretion.
4. PROGRAM CHANGESThe Company reserves the right to:
• Modify the Bootcamp program, schedule, speakers, venue, or format
• Replace speakers if necessary
• Convert the Bootcamp to an online format if circumstances require
Such changes do not entitle Participants to refunds unless explicitly stated.
5. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDSAll payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers.
• Tickets are non-refundable.
If the Bootcamp is cancelled by the Company, Participants may be offered:
• A full refund, or
• A transfer to a future event.
The Company is not responsible for travel, accommodation, visa, or any other personal expenses.
6. PARTICIPANT CONDUCTParticipants agree to behave professionally and respectfully.
The following are prohibited:
• Harassment or discrimination
• Disruptive behavior
• Illegal activities
• Unauthorized commercial promotion
• Recording sessions without permission
The Company reserves the right to remove any Participant without refund for inappropriate behavior.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTYAll materials provided during the Bootcamp, including presentations, recordings, documents, and branding, are the intellectual property of the Company or its partners.
Participants may not:
• Copy or distribute materials
• Record sessions without permission
• Use materials for commercial purposes
8. MEDIA CONSENTBy attending the Bootcamp, Participants consent to photography, video recording, and audio recording during the event.
The Company may use such materials for:
• Marketing and promotional purposes
• Social media
• Website content
• Future event promotion
If you do not wish to appear in media materials, you must notify the Company in writing prior to the event.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITYTo the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:
• Any indirect or consequential losses
• Personal injury or property damage
• Travel or accommodation losses
• Technical issues beyond the Company’s control
• Participant decisions made based on event content
Participation is at your own risk.
10. DISCLAIMERBootcamp content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
The Company does not guarantee:
• Business results
• Investment outcomes
• Employment opportunities
• Commercial success of projects
Participants are solely responsible for decisions made based on the information provided.
11. DATA PROTECTIONParticipant data is processed in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy.
12. FORCE MAJEUREThe Company shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• War or civil unrest
• Epidemics or pandemics
• Travel restrictions
• Venue unavailability
13. THIRD-PARTY LINKSThe Website may contain links to third-party websites. The Company is not responsible for their content or practices.
14. TERMINATIONThe Company may deny access to the Bootcamp or Website to any Participant who violates these Terms.
15. GOVERNING LAWThese Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
