This Refund Policy governs ticket purchases and payments for SOL AI Bootcamp programs, events, and services operated by GLOBAL GATE TECH LTD ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing a ticket or registering for the Bootcamp, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. GENERAL POLICYAll ticket sales are final.
• Tickets are non-refundable
• Failure to attend the event does not qualify for a refund
• Promotional, discounted, and Early Bird tickets are non-refundable
2. EVENT CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANYIf the Bootcamp is cancelled by the Company for any reason, Participants may be offered one of the following options:
• A full refund of the ticket price, or
• A transfer of the ticket to a future Bootcamp event
The choice of option remains at the Company’s discretion.
Refunds will be processed within a reasonable period of time using the original payment method.
3. EVENT RESCHEDULINGIf the Bootcamp is postponed or rescheduled to a new date, tickets will remain valid for the updated event.
Participants who cannot attend due to the date change are entitled to request one of the following options:
• A full refund of the ticket price, or
• A transfer of the ticket to a future Bootcamp event
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the official announcement of the new event date.
Refunds will be processed within a reasonable period of time using the original payment method.
4. PARTICIPANT CANCELLATIONIf a Participant cancels their attendance for any reason, including but not limited to:
• Travel restrictions
• Visa issues
• Personal circumstances
• Health conditions
• Schedule conflicts
No refunds will be issued.
5. FORCE MAJEUREThe Company shall not be responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions
• War or civil unrest
• Epidemics or pandemics
• Travel bans
• Venue unavailability
In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed and alternative arrangements may be offered.
6. TRANSFER OF TICKETSTickets may not be resold.
Requests to transfer a ticket to another person must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval by the Company.
7. THIRD-PARTY FEESThe Company is not responsible for:
• Bank fees
• Payment provider charges
• Currency exchange differences
• Travel and accommodation expenses
• Visa costs
• Any other personal expenses
